After being introduced to Todd Glowka and touring some of his amazing completed homes, we were impressed by the quality of his building as well as his communication skills in explaining his process while giving helpful guidance of choices. During our construction process, he was always available by cell to answer any questions and quickly resolve any issues. Our trust in Todd grew during the process as we worked with his skillful and trustworthy referred partners – our Architect, our Project Manager, our Interior Design team, various subcontractors, and our landscape team. No sixteen month million dollar construction project is without problems, but ours seemed minor and promptly taken care of. Todd’s subs are very talented professionals that have been with him for many years. This speaks well of his square dealing and integrity. We interviewed several builders prior to selecting Todd Glowka Builders, and in hindsight couldn’t be happier with the experience of working closely with him, his project manager, decorator, office staff and subs. We have done four home builds and major remodels during our marriage, and this has been by far the most satisfying and successful one of them all.

Marie and I both were very reluctant to build a custom home again. We had built our “dream home“ in 2010 with a builder whose credentials came from my CPA. Needless to say, none of our expectations were delivered and it was a constant dialogue of what was included versus what was expected. We ended up paying off subs to release liens. Some of these people were customers we had relationships with on the commercial side which made the negotiations embarrassing.

On our first meeting with Todd, he explained: “this was HIS lot for HIS family”. I was confused and Marie was convinced this was her lot. Since the build began, the ability to track the finances online, and see pictures of the progress have made this build the most amazing and incredible experience we have had with a custom home builder. Todd has delivered the most amazing sub-group we’ve seen, they are on-time and prepared for their work. Todd has control of the build and his dedication to craftsmanship and holding contractors to a high standard is above an beyond anything we have seen in years.
