In an effort to combine Texas Tuscan with influences of our Spanish heritage, the residence features the use of the following materials:

- Hand carved Cantera stone columns
- Argentinian mesquite wood flooring harvested from old growth trees
- Elaborate custom cut limestone fireplace surrounds from Mexico
- A courtyard complete with native water feature & koi pond
- Spanish-style barrel tile roof
The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a 48″ Wolf professional gas range and double gas ovens, conveniently located warming drawer, and a 27″ professional-grade Sub Zero refrigerator + matching freezer. Appliances are surrounded by custom alder wood cabinetry, while he centerpiece of the kitchen is a large, mesquite butcher-block topped island featuring a hand-hammered copper vegetable sink from Mexico.
For effortless entertaining, the full wet bar includes a wine rack, commercial-grade Hoshizaki icemaker and under counter Sub Zero white wine refrigerator. The stainless Wolf BBQ grill provides the perfect outdoor cooking experience, while a fiber optics package allows the highest speeds possible for technology in the media room and throughout the home.
A 3-car garage provides ample room for the car enthusiast. The garage floor is finished in a hybrid polymer-based commercial sealing system and includes ample built-in cabinetry for organization and storage. Garage doors are made of vertical grain western red cedar.
